طراحی مدل پارادایمی مدیریت دانش در رویدادهای ورزشی بینالمللی

چکیده
مدیریت دانش میتواند به عملکرد بهتر پروژههایی همچون رویدادهای ورزشی کمک کند؛ بهطوریکه از اختراع مجدد سیستمها، ایدهها و همچنین از تکرار خطاها جلوگیری میکند ؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل پارادایمی مدیریت دانش در رویدادهای ورزشی بینالمللی در کشور انجام شد. روش تحقیق از لحاظ نوع و تحلیل دادهها، کیفی با رویکرد نظریهسازی دادهبنیاد بود که با استفاده از رهیافت نظاممند اشتراوس و کوربین انجام گرفت. مدیران ورزشی و اعضای هیئتعلمی آگاه به حیطه پژوهش ، جامعه آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. برای انتخاب افراد نمونه از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند به شیوۀ گلولهبرفی استفاده شد. تعداد 14 مصاحبه عمیق به صورت نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد و دادههای حاصل از مصاحبهها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تجزیهوتحلیل شد. براساس نتایج پژوهش، شرایط علّی شامل عوامل مدیریتی و منابع انسانی، شرایط زمینهای شامل فناوری و بستر قانونی، شرایط مداخلهگر شامل فرهنگ و ویژگیهای پروژه، راهبردها شامل برنامهریزی، مدیریت منابع انسانی و نظارت و ارزیابی و پیامدها شامل ارتقای کیفی رویدادها، ارتقای منابع انسانی و ارتقای وجهه و جایگاه بینالمللی کشور بود. در انتها مدل مدیریت دانش در رویدادهای ورزشی در کشور ارائه شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر ارائهدهندۀ مدلی جامع و مبتنی بر نظر خبرگان برای ارتقای سطح مدیریت دانش در رویدادهای ورزشی است .
