چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف آینده‌پژوهی منابع انسانی در صنعت ورزش ایران در افق 1410 انجام شد. روش استفاده‌شده در ایـن پژوهـش، برنامه­ریـزی مبتنی بر سـناریو اسـت که در شش گام طراحـی و پیـاده شـده اسـت. روش گـردآوری داده در ایـن پژوهـش، کیفـی بـا اسـتفاده از مصاحبـه، پنـل خبرگـی و پیمایش دلفی بود. بیست نفر از خبرگان دارای دانـش تخصصـی یـا تجربـه عملـی به‌عنوان اعضای گروه مشارکت­کننده در پژوهش به ‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. از نرم‌افزارهای میک­مک و سـناریو ویـزارد بـرای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها استفاده‌ شد. یافته­هـای ایـن پژوهـش در دو بخـش ارائه‌ شد: بخش اول شـامل شناسـایی و دسـته­بندی مؤلفه‌های کلیـدی، پیشران‌ها و عـدم قطعیت­هـای مرتبـط اسـت. پنج پیشـران فناوری، اقتصادی، قانونی، زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و سیاسی در ایـن بخـش تعیین‌ شده و روابـط اثرگـذاری و اثرپذیـری میـان مؤلفه‌ها تحلیل ‌شده اسـت؛ در بخش دوم به شناسـایی و توصیف سـناریوهای محتمل و سـازگار براساس پیشـران­ها و عدم قطعیت‌های ذی‌ربط، پرداختـه شده است. با توجه به اهمیت منابع انسانی در توسعه کمی و کیفی منابع انسانی در صنعت ورزش، نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند زمینه توانمندسازی و برنامه‌ریزی برای ارتقای عملکرد منابع انسانی را به همراه داشته باشد.
