چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل چندسطحی تعیینکننده شمولیت اجتماعی سالمندان در فعالیت بدنی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی چندروشی بود و برای گردآوری دادهها از مصاحبه، تحلیل اسناد ثانویه و مشاهده شرکتکنندگان استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، همه متخصصان و محققان ورزش سالمندان، جامعهشناسان ورزش، روانشناسان ورزش، مربیان با سابقه زیاد در حوزه ورزش سالمندان و همه سالمندانی بودند که حداقل یک روز در هفته در محیطهای ورزشی مختلف در فعالیت بدنی مشارکت داشتند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی با 26 نفر مصاحبه شد. برای تحلیل دادههای تحقیق از روش بررسی میکروسکوپی دادهها (تحلیل خط به خط) استفاده شد و دادهها براساس مراحل تحلیلی استراوس و کوربین (1998) در دستههای مضامین دادههای اولیه، مضامین مرتبه اول، و مضامین مرتبه بالاتر قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، عوامل مختلف در سطوح خرد، میانی و کلان بر ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای شمولیت اجتماعی سالمندان در فعالیت بدنی تأثیرگذار هستند. علاوه بر این، توسعه اجتماعی همهجانبه در سطح جامعه به طور درخورتوجهی بر این پویاییها اثر میگذارد و به شمولیت اجتماعی سالمندان در فعالیت بدنی منجر میشود. نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتواند به سازمانهای متولی فعالیت بدنی و ورزش برای برنامهریزی صحیح و بهکارگیری شیوههای مؤثر برای شمولیت سالمندان در فعالیت بدنی کمک کند و گامی مؤثر در راستای تحقق عدالت اجتماعی در کشور باشد.
