چکیده
موفقیت یا شکست پروژه‌های ورزشی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین کاربری‌های عمومی شهری، اثرات مختلفی بر محیط و جامعه دارد که متاسفانه این مقوله در کشور ما در موارد متعددی با شکست مواجه شده و موجب هدر‌رفت بودجه‌های عظیم شده است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق تحلیل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت ساخت پروژه‌های اماکن ورزشی بود. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ شامل ﻛﻠﻴﺔ کارفرمایان، مشاوران و پیمانکارانی بود که در طراحی، ساخت، نظارت و بهره‌برداری فاز دوم ورزشگاه نقش جهان اصفهان همکاری داشتند که از بین آنها تعداد 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن ضمن بررسی دقیق متون و ادبیات تحقیق، پس از نظرخواهی از متخصصین تایید شد. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (873/0) محاسبه شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها علاوه بر روش‌های آمار توصیفی، از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مهمترین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت پروژه‌های ورزشی به ترتیب عوامل مدیریتی (95/0)، عوامل محیطی (83/0)، ویژگی-های پروژه (81/0) و عوامل سازمانی (78/0) بودند. در مجموع می توان اذعان نمود که موفقیت پروژه‌های ورزشی مرهون عوامل متعددی است که هماهنگی بین آنها بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده و مدیریت پروژه با درایت و توانایی‌های خود باید بین این عوامل ارتباط برقرار کرده، به گونه‌ای که تیم‌های کاری به وظایف خود اعتقاد و باور لازم را داشته و موفقیت کلی پروژه را موفقیت خود بدانند.
