چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر ده هفته تمرینات ترکیبی در سطوح پایدار و ناپایدار بر قدرت عضلات و ظرفیت عملکردی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. بدینمنظور، 30 بیمار در دو گروه تمرینی و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد که در هر دو گروه تمرینی، افزایش معناداری در تمام پارامترهای اندازهگیریشده مشاهده میشود. همچنین، یافتهها بیانگر این هستند که گروه تمرین در سطح ناپایدار، پیشرفت معنادارتری در قدرت عضلات و آزمونهای پنج بار نشستن و بلندشدن و بالارفتن از پله نسبت به گروه تمرین در سطح پایدار و کنترل داشته است. بهطورکلی، میتوان گفت تمرینات در سطوح پایدار و ناپایدار، منجر به افزایش معناداری در قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات و ظرفیت عملکردی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس میشود. | ||
