چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف ارائة مدل چابکی سازمانی برمبنای فناوری اطلاعات از دیدگاه خبرگان ورزشی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر، بهلحاظ روش کیفی و ازحیث جمعآوری اطلاعات، با راهبرد پدیدارشناسی و شیوة مصاحبة عمیق انجام شد. گروه آشنا با موضوع شامل خبرگان ورزشی (فعالان حوزة فناوری و مدیریت دانش، اساتید دانشگاه، نقشآفرینان فناوری و زیرساخت سازمانهای ورزشی) جامعة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. بهلحاظ شیوة جمعآوری اطلاعات با روش گلولهبرفی، شناسایی مؤلفههای مؤثر در مدل با دیدگاه 15 خبره به اشباع نظری رسید. یافتههای حاصل از مصاحبة عمیق، با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی عوامل مدل درختی، تأثیر زیرساخت فناوری در سازمانهای ورزشی بر چابکی سازمانی را مشخص نمودند که دانش فناوری، ارتباطات شبکهای، معماری و خدمات داده، مدیریت فناوری، بنیادهای فناوری، سازگاری و سرعت فناوری جزو محورهای اصلی این زیرساخت قلمداد شدند و پیش فرض ارتباط چابکی سازمانی نیز قوت گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل تکمیلی یافتههای تحقیق، کدگذاریها با نرمافزار مکس.کیو.دی.ای. نسخة 12 انجام شدند و ضریب توافق 81 درصد حاصل شد، امید است مدل نهایی این تحقیق به استفاده بیشتر از فناوری در راستای تأثیرگذاری بر چابکی سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی کمک نماید. | ||
