چکیده | ||
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت ایروبیک بر کارایی شبکۀ موقعیتیابی توجه بود. از میان دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز، 20 دانشجوی کمتحرک با دامنۀ سنی 19 تا 25 سال از طریق نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل به تعداد یکسان قرار گرفتند. مداخلۀ تمرینی بهمدت 16 جلسه روی گروه آزمایشی اعمال شد، اما گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات، آزمون شبکههای توجه بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافتهها حاکی از عدم وجود تفاوت معنادار بین گروهها در شبکۀ موقعیتیابی توجه بود. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که احتمالاً اثر ورزش بر شناخت انتخابی بوده و به ماهیت عملکردهای شناختی و بسترهای مغزی مرتبط با آنها بستگی دارد. | ||
