چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر تمرینات مقاومتی بر تصویر بدنی، اختلال خوردن و عملکرد جنسی زنان لاغر غیرورزشکار بود. بدینمنظور، 26 زن لاغر غیرورزشکار با عملکرد جنسی پایین بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و با آرایش تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تجربی قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی بهمدت هشت هفته در تمرینات مقاومتی شرکت نمود و گروه کنترل در طول این مدت به فعالیتهای روزانة خود پرداخت. لازمبهذکر است که هر دو گروه پرسشنامههای نگرش فرد درمورد تصویر بدنی، نگرش نسبت به تغذیه و عملکرد جنسی زنان را بهصورت پیشآزمون و پسآزمون تکمیل نمودند و دادهها با استفاده از کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل گردید. نتایج حاکی از اثر مثبت تمرینات مقاومتی بر شاخص تودة بدنی، تصویر بدنی و عملکرد جنسی میباشد؛ اما این تمرینات بر اختلال خوردن تأثیری نداشته است. براساس نتایج، تمرینات مقاومتی برای بهبود تصویر بدنی و افزایش عملکرد جنسی زنان لاغر غیرورزشکار پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
