چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر هفت هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تعادلی بر عملکرد حرکتی و نارساییهای شناختی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. بدینمنظور، 18 نفر از زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (با مقیاس وضعیت ناتوانی گستردة 0 تا 5/4 و میانگین سنی 62/8±66/36سال) براساس شرایط ورود به پژوهش بهطور هدفمند انتخاب شده و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تجربی جای گرفتند (گروه کنترل 10 نفر و گروه تجربی هشت نفر). جهت ارزیابی عملکرد حرکتی از آزمون 25 فوت راهرفتن و آزمون برخاستن و حرکتکردن زماندار استفاده شد و بهمنظور بررسی نارسایی های شناختی از پرسشنامه نارسایی های شناختی بهر ه گرفته شد. درادامه، گروه تجربی بهمدت هفت هفته و بهصورت سه جلسه در هفته تمرینات را انجام داد. این تمرینات شامل: تمرینات ثبات مرکزی روی توپ سوییسی و زمین و تمرینات تعادلی بود. شایانذکر است که طی این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ برنامة ورزشی را انجام نداد. جهت تحلیل نتایج از تحلیل کواریانس استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که عملکرد حرکتی گروه تجربی درمقایسه با گروه کنترل پس از هفت هفته بهبود یافته است (P=0.002 برای آزمون 25 فوت راهرفتن و P=0.001 برای آزمون برخاستن و حرکتکردن زماندار)؛ اما نمرة کلی نارسایی های شناختی (P=0.001)، نمرة خرده مقیاس حواسپرتی (P=0.001)، مشکلات حافظه (P=0.001) و مشکلات سهوی گروه تجربی کاهش داشته است (P=0.001)؛ بنابراین، می توان تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تعادلی را برای بهبود عملکرد حرکتی و کاهش نارسایی های شناختی از قبیل حواسپرتی، مشکلات حافظه و مشکلات سهوی در زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بهکار برد. | ||
