چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین یوگا بر اضطراب والدین و کودکان دارای نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی بود. شرکتکنندگان در این پژوهش 20 کودک مبتلا به بیشفعالی/ نقص توجه در ردۀ سنی 6 الی 11 سال و 40 نفر از والدین آنها بودند که پس از یکسانسازی براساس متغیرهای سن، جنسیت و میزان اختلال بیشفعالی/ نقص توجه در کودکان در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پدران و مادران گروه تجربی بهصورت جداگانه توسط یک مربی یوگا بهمدت هشت هفته (دو روز در هفته و طی 16 جلسه) تحت آموزش تکنیکهای یوگا قرار گرفتند. اضطراب کودکان و والدین، پیش و پس از مداخله با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ آخنباخ برای کودکان و اضطراب کتل برای والدین اندازهگیری گردید. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها نیز از آزمونهای آماری تحلیل واریانس مختلط دوعاملی استفاده گشت. نتایج نشان میدهد که تمرین یوگا توسط والدین کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی منجر به کاهش معنادار اضطراب کودکان و مادران شده است؛ اما در اضطراب پدران تغییری مشاهده نمیشود. برمبنای یافتهها میتوان گفت که یوگا میتواند بهعنوان یک متغیر واسطهای برای کاهش اضطراب کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی بهکار رود. | ||
