چکیده | |
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین نقش خودپذیری نامشروط در ارتباط کمال گرایی و تحلیلرفتگی در بازیکنان بسکتبال دانشگاهی بود. به این منظور طی یک مطالعة مقطعی ـ همبستگی، 118 بازیکن بسکتبال (54 مرد و 64 زن، میانگین سن 8/23 سال، میانگین سابقة ورزشی 4/10 سال و میانگین سابقة رقابتی 4/6 سال) مقیاس کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی، پرسشنامة خودپذیری نامشروط و پرسشنامة تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکار را تکمیل کردند و داده های بهدستآمده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانة سلسلهمراتبی در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بازیکنان بسکتبال دانشگاهی از سطوح بالای کمال گرایی مثبت، سطوح متوسط کمالگرایی منفی و سطوح متوسط به پایین خودپذیری نامشروط و تحلیل رفتگی برخوردارند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی در مجموع 2/13 درصد از تغییرات تحلیل رفتگی را تبیین می کنند. همچنین، خودپذیری نامشروط نقش واسطه ای معناداری در ارتباط کمال گرایی منفی و تحلیل رفتگی برعهده داشت؛ درحالیکه نقش آن در ارتباط کمال گرایی مثبت و تحلیل رفتگی از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر، نقش تعیین کنندة خودپذیری نامشروط در کاهش اثرات مخرب کمال گرایی منفی و اتخاذ راهبردهای روانشناختیِ مؤثر، بررسی میشود. | |
