چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر کمآبی خفیف بر توجه انتخابی و مداوم بود. پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی و بر روی 22 دانشجوی دختر (21/2 ± 23/21) انجام گرفت. آزمودنیها بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و تحت سه شرایط پایه، پرآب و کمآب قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندگان در حالت پایه، هیچگونه فعالیتبدنی نداشتند اما در شرایط پرآب و کمآب برنامة 60 دقیقهای پیادهروی بر روی تردمیل و دوچرخه را اجرا نمودند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل آزمون استروپ و عملکرد پیوسته نسخة چهار بودند که برای سنجش توجهانتخابی و مداوم استفاده شدند. جهت تحلیل آماری از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد میانگین نمرات توجهانتخابی و مداوم در حالت پایه نسبتبه کمآب و در حالت پرآب نسبتبه کمآب بهطور معناداری بهتر بود و کمآبی خفیف منجر به اختلال در توجهانتخابی و مداوم شد. لذا توجه به حالت هیدراتة مطلوب در زمان انجام فعالیتبدنی ضروری میباشد. | ||
