چکیده | |
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرینات اصلاحی با دستگاه ویبریشن تمام بدن با تمرینات مرسوم اصلاحی بر سندرم متقاطع فوقانی بود. بدینمنظور، 45 نفر از دانشجویان به سه گروه مساوی 15 نفری تمرین اصلاحی مرسوم، تمرین اصلاحی روی دستگاه ویبریشن تمام بدن و کنترل تقسیم شدند. زاویۀ قوس پشتی (بهوسیلۀ خطکش منعطف)، زاویۀ سر و شانۀ جلوآمده (بهوسیلۀ روش عکسبرداری از نمای جانبی) قبل و بعد از دورۀ تمرینی اندازهگیری شد.نتایج نشان میدهد که تغییر معناداری در نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر درونگروهی و بین گروهی در میزان ناهنجاری سندرم متقاطع فوقانی وجود دارد. همچنین، یافتهها بیانگر آن هستند که تمرین اصلاحی روی دستگاه ویبریشن تمام بدن، تأثیر بیشتری از تمرینات مرسوم اصلاحی بر ناهنجاری سندرم متقاطع فوقانی داشته است. تمرینات مرسوم نیز دارای تأثیر معناداری در اصلاح ناهنجاری میباشند. | |
