چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ میزان و نسبت قدرت ایزومتریک عضلات مچ پا در افراد دارای کف پای صاف، گود و طبیعی بود. بدینمنظور، 450 دانشآموز پسر با دستگاه پدوسکوپ، اسکنر کف پا و شاخص استاهلی ارزیابی گردیدند که از میان آنها، 90 نفر انتخاب شدند و در سه گروه 30 نفری کف پای صاف منعطف، گود و طبیعی قرار گرفتند. قدرت ایزومتریک نیز با استفاده از دستگاه دینامتر دیجیتال اندازگیری گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که میانگین قدرت اینورتورها در گروه پای صاف، کمتر از گروههای پای گود و طبیعی است. در گروه پای صاف نیز میانگین قدرت دورسی فلکسورها، کمتر بوده و نسبت قدرت عضلات اورتور به اینورتور، بیشتر از گروه پای گود میباشد. علاوهبراین، یافتهها حاکی از ضعف اینورتورها، دورسی فلکسورها و اینورتورها نسبت به اورتورها در گروه پای صاف میباشد؛ بنابراین، توصیه میشود در اصلاح ناهنجاری کف پای صاف منعطف، بر تقویت اینورتورها و دورسی فلکسورها تأکید شود. | ||
