چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات 11+ فیفا بر متغیرهای نیروی عکسالعمل زمین هنگام حرکت فرود تکپا در بازیکنان فوتبال مرد جوان بود. بدینمنظور، 24 بازیکن فوتبال زیر 21 سال بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند و گروه تجربی بهمدت دو ماه تحت تمرینات 11+ فیفا قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که حداکثر مقدار مؤلفههای عمودی، قدامی خلفی و داخلی ـ خارجی نیروی عکسالعمل زمین در پسآزمون گروه تجربی، بهطور معناداری کاهش یافته است. درمقابل، زمان رسیدن به حداکثر مقدار مؤلفههای نیروی عکسالعمل زمین افزایش پیدا کرده است. بهطورکلی،میتوان عنوان کرد که احتمالاٌ برنامۀ تمرینات 11+ فیفا میتواند تأثیر مثبتی بر تعدیل عوامل خطرساز آسیب زانو داشته باشد. | ||
