پیشبینی مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی بر اساس توازن در تصمیمگیری و خودکارآمدی در دانشجویان | |

چکیده | |
هدف این پژوهش پیشبینی پنج مرحله تغییر رفتار تمرینی (پیشتفکر، تفکر، آمادگی، عمل و ثبات) بر اساس توازن در تصمیمگیری (مزایا و معایب ادارکشدة تمرین) و خودکارآمدی بود. مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی شامل پنج مرحله است: پیشتفکر، تفکر، آمادگی، عمل و ثبات. از این رو، تعداد 292 دانشجوی دختر و پسر دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تهران به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور سنجش مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی، از مقیاس مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی کاردینال (1997)، برای سنجش توازن در تصمیمگیری، از پرسشنامة توازن در تصمیمگیریِ پلاتنیکف و همکاران (2001) و برای سنجش خودکارآمدی، از پرسشنامة خودکارآمدی شوارتز (1999) استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون تشخیصی چندگانه نشان داد که 4/87 درصد از واریانس متغیر گروهبندیشده (مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی) توسط دو متغیر (توازن در تصمیمگیری و خودکارآمدی) تبیین میشود و این دو متغیر با هم یک مدل پیشبینِ معنادار را تشکیل میدهند (02/0P=). بر اساس این نتایج، متغیرهای توازن در تصمیمگیری و خودکارآمدی، نقش اصلی را در تمایز پنج خوشه (مراحل تغییر رفتار) دارند. نتایج این پژوهش، بر نقش بسیار مهم آگاهی از مزایا و معایب تمرین و نیز نقشِ بااهمیتِ تجربة مثبت تمرینی، تأکید میکنند. | |
