چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعۀ اثر تواتر خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی بر اجرای مهارت پرتاب دارت بود. 38 نفر دانشجوی پسر غیر ورزشکار به صورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش حاضر شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان بر اساس نمرات پیش آزمون در دو گروه خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی با تواتر یک تکرار و سه تکرار قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس برای اندازه گیریهای تکراری 2 گروه (انگیزشی و آموزشی) × 3 شرایط آزمون (پیش آزمون، خود گویی با یک تکرار و خودگویی با سه تکرار) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی با یک تکرار بر عملکرد حرکتی پرتاب دارت اثر معنادار دارد، اما خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی با سه تکرار بطور معناداری باعث کاهش عملکرد حرکتی پرتاب دارت شد. نتایج مؤید این است که تواتر خودگویی بر اجرای مهارت پرتاب دارت اثر منفی دارد. | ||
