نقش راهبردهای مقابلهای در پیشبینی اضطراب شناختی- جسمانی و اعتماد به نفس ووشوکاران نخبه | ||

چکیده | ||
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی نقش راهبردهای مقابلهای در پیشبینی اضطراب جسمانی، شناختی و اعتمادبهنفس ووشوکاران نخبه بود. 107 پرسشنامه بهوسیله ورزشکاران تکمیل گردید. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی راهبردهای مقابلهای مبتنی بر عمل و هیجان با اضطراب جسمانی - شناختی و همبستگی راهبردهای مقابله-ای مبتنی بر عمل با اعتمادبهنفس، معنیدار بود. همچنین، تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری نشان داد که راهبردهای مقابلهای مبتنی بر عمل و هیجان، 531/0 واریانس اضطراب جسمانی، 638/0 واریانس اضطراب شناختی و 659/0 واریانس عامل اعتمادبهنفس را پیشبینی میکند. بر اساس نتایج، راهبردهای مقابلهای مبتنی بر عمل، اضطراب شناختی - جسمانی را کاهش و اعتمادبهنفس را افزایش میدهد. اما راهبردهای مقابلهای مبتنی بر هیجان، تأثیر برعکس دارد. درنتیجه، آموزش راهبردهای مقابلهای مبتنی بر عمل میتواند پیشنهاد میشود. | ||
