ارتباط تحلیل رفتگی با خودکارآمدی مربیان رشته های منتخب لیگ برتر

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط تحلیل رفتگی با خودکارآمدی مربیان رشته های منتخب لیگ برتر بود. نمونة آماری پژوهش را 135 مربی در رشته‌های گروهی (بسکتبال، والیبال، فوتسال) و 111 مربی در رشته‌های انفرادی (تکواندو، ووشو و کاراته) تشکیل دادند. نتایج نشان داد بین میزان تحلیل رفتگی با خودکارآمدی در مربیان رشته های گروهی و انفرادی ارتباط منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد رابطة معکوس بین مؤلفه‌های مسخ شخصیت و کاهش عملکرد شغلی، خودکارآمدی مربیان رشته های گروهی و انفرادی را پیش بینی می کنند. نتایج نشان داد در رشته‌های گروهی تنها بین تحلیل رفتگی مربیان بسکتبال با دو رشتة دیگر تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0.05p <). همچنین نتایج  در مربیان رشته‌های انفرادی نشان داد اختلاف معناداری میان مؤلفه های تحلیل رفتگی وجود ندارد. در نهایت اختلاف معناداری بین میزان خودکارآمدی مربیان رشته‌های گروهی و انفرادی وجود نداشت (0.05P>).براساس نتایج به دست آمده می‌توان اظهار نمود احتمالاً بالابودن میزان خودکارآمدی به توانایی کنارآمدن با تحلیل رفتگی و استرس موثر است.
