چکیده
مطالعه رابطه بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی و کیفیت آموزشی معلمان ورزش دوره ابتدایی با نقش میانجی درگیر شدن در شغل هدف اصلی این پژوهش بود. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی است. تمامی معلمان ورزش دوره ابتدایی استان گلستان جامعه آماری این پژوهش بودند که تعداد 176 نفر به شیوه تصادفی (طبقهای) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد ابتکار در رشد شخصی (لویکس و رابیتسچک، 2014)، درگیر شدن در شغل (اسکس، 2006) و کیفیت آموزشی (وانگ و همکاران، 2022) بود. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل گردید. نرمافزارهای SPSS 25 و Smart PLS 3 جهت تحلیل دادهها استفاده شدند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان دهنده رابطهای مثبت و معنیدار بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی با درگیر شدن در شغل معلمان ورزش بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی و کیفیت آموزش معلمان ورزش رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد. در نهایت، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد رابطه بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی با کیفیت آموزشی معلمان ورزش با نقش میانجی درگیر شدن در شغل مثبت و معنیدار است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش میتوان چنین نتیجهگیری نمود که توسعه ابتکار در رشد شخصی معلمان ورزش میتواند به پیامدهای مثبتی مانند افزایش درگیر شدن در شغل و افزایش کیفیت آموزشی آنها منجر شود؛ بنابراین ایجاد فرصتهای مناسب جهت توسعه حرفهای معلمان ورزش توسط مدیران مدارس پیشنهاد میشود.
