تاثیرآموزش مجازی برنامهی خود شفقت بر سرسختی ذهنی ورزشکاران

چکیده
چکیده شفقت به خود به عنوان منبع توانمند تنظیم و کنترل رفتارهای هیجانی ورزشکاران کاربرد گستردهای دارد. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر تأثیرآموزش مجازی برنامه خود شفقت بر سرسختی ذهنی ورزشکاران بسکتبالیست بود. پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پسآزمون بود. شرکتکنندگان شامل 24 بسکتبالیست شهر زنجان بوده که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گرو 12 نفری آزمایش (میانگین سنی: 27/1± 83/20) و کنترل (میانگین سنی: 24/1± 58/21 ) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مددت 6 هفته، تحت آموزش برنامه شفقت به خود با تمرینات متنوع ویدیویی، صوتی و نوشتاری قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل، مداخله ای نداشت. دادهها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS 24 و تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره در سطح معناداری 01/0 تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل نمرهی پیش آزمون، بین نمرات سرسختی ذهنی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. بدین معنا که آموزش برنامه شفقتبرخود سبب افزایش سرسختی ذهنی ورزشکاران بسکتبالیست میشود.
