تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر ویژگیهای روانشناختی و اضطراب بدمینتون بازان ماهر

چکیده
این پژوهش به مقایسه تأثیر چهار هفته تمرینات تخصصی بدمینتون به همراه انسداد جریان خون بر ویژگیهای روانشناختی و اضطراب در بدمینتون بازان ماهر میپردازد. در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون، بدمینتون بازان نخبه پسر و دختر استان آذربایجانشرقی انتخاب و به صورت کاملاً تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین با محدودیت جریان خون و تمرین بدون محدویت جریان خون قرار گرفته و برنامه تمرینی سه جلسه در هفته (چهار هفته، هر جلسه 60 دقیقه) را انجام دادند. در پیشآزمون پرسشنامههای آمادگی روانی و اضطراب اجتماعی واتسون و فرند مورد برسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اجرای تمرینات بدمینتون با و بدون محدودیت کالریایی باعث ایجاد تفاوت در نمره کل آمادگی روانی آزمودنیها شد اما در میزان اضطراب هیچ تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. شیوه تمرینی انسداد جریان خون میتواند مسیر نوینی در تمرینات ورزشی بوجود آورده و باعث ایجاد تغییرات در سطح آمادگی روانی ورزشکاران حرفهای میشود.
