ارتباط چندکارگی رسانهای با کیفیت خواب نوجوانان ورزشکار:نقش میانجی مشکلات عاطفی رفتاری

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط چندکارگی رسانهای با کیفیت خواب نوجوانان ورزشکار کشور با نقش میانجی مشکلات عاطفی رفتاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری از کلیه نوجوانان ورزشکار کشور که در فعالیتهای ورزشی بهصورت حرفهای و نیمه حرفهای مشارکت داشتند تشکیل شد. نمونه آماری 384 نفری (166 دختر و 218 پسر) با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی انتخاب شد. گردآوری دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه تواناییها و مشکلات، میزان و نوع مصرف رسانهای و کیفیت خواب انجام شد. به منظور تحلیل دادهها از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی با رویکرد تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین چندکارگی رسانهای با کیفیت خواب از طریق نقش میانجی مشکلات عاطفی رفتاری در نوجوانان ورزشکار کشور ارتباط مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود با پیشگیری از بروز مشکلات عاطفی رفتاری شایع بین نوجوانان و ارائه آموزشهای لازم در خصوص نحوه استفاده صحیح از رسانهها با تأکید بر اهمیت فعالیتهای ورزشی و تلاش در بهبود کیفیت خواب آنان میتوان سبک زندگی سالم را بین آنها ترویج داد.
