واکاوی وضعیت سیاستگذاری در ورزش تربیتی افراد دارای معلولیت

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی وضعیت سیاستگذاری در ورزش تربیتی افراد دارای معلولیت بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی بود که با روشهای تحلیل محتوا و تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. در بخش تحلیل محتوا، قوانین و مقررات مربوط به ورزش تربیتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در بخش تحلیل مضمون جامعه آماری شامل مسئولین سازمان آموزش و پرورش استثنایی، مسئولین ورزش دانشآموزی و ورزش دانشگاهی متخصصان ورزش کودکان دارای معلولیت، خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی و قهرمانان ورزشی دارای معلولیت بودند. در بخش تحلیل محتوا، گردآوری دادهها به صورت اسنادی و کتابخانهای بود و در بخش تحلیل مضمون برای گردآوری دادهها از مصاحبههای عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. محققین پس از انجام 12 مصاحبه به اشباع نظری رسیدند، اما برای افزایش ضریب اطمینان، 3 مصاحبه دیگر انجام شد (15= n). یافتهها نشان داد عوامل متعددی بر سیاستگذاری در این بخش اثرگذار است که شامل عوامل تقنینی، اجرایی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی_ اجتماعی، رسانهای و ساختاری است. بنابراین برای برون رفت از شرایط فعلی و بهبود وضعیت ورزش تربیتی افراد داری معلولیت باید در گام نخست قوانین و مقررات بازنگری شده و متولی اصلی ورزش تربیتی مشخص گردد و در زمینه اجرایی و مدیریتی تا حد امکان از افراد توانمند ورزشی که دارای معلولیت هستند استفاده شود.
