تأثیر باورهای فراشناختی بر سلامت اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی با نقش میانجی سازگاری شغلی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر باورهای فراشناختی بر سلامت اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی با نقش میانجی سازگاری شغلی بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. از نظر ارتباط بین متغیرها از نوع همبستگی و به لحاظ زمانی مقطعی میباشد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی استان سمنان (250 نفر) در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای تعداد 204 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق 3 پرسشنامه استاندارد سازگاری شغلی استراسر و همکاران (2021)، فراشناخت و فراهیجان مثبت بیر (2011) و سلامت اجتماعی کییز و شاپیرو (2004) بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامهها توسط صاحب نظران تأیید شد و پایایی نیز با استفاده از شاخصهای آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد تأیید قرار گرفته شد. در مجموع 204 پاسخدهنده به صورت بینقص به پرسشنامهها پاسخ دادند. از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری شامل تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تحلیل مسیر برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که باورهای فراشناختی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر سازگاری شغلی و سلامت اجتماعی دارد. همچنین سازگاری شغلی بر سلامت اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته و نقش میانجی سازگاری شغلی در ارتباط بین باورهای فراشناختی و سلامت اجتماعی تأیید گردید. با توجه به نتایج میتوان اظهار کرد که توجه به باورهای فراشناختی معلمان تربیت بدنی در محیط کار میتواند بستری مناسب برای افزایش سازگاری شغلی و سلامت اجتماعی مهیا سازد.
