تاثیر دستکاری قیود تکلیف بر شاخص های کینتیکی و تعادلی مرتبط با خطر افتادن در سالمندان

چکیده
ظهور مطابقتهای بدنی از طریق مقید کردن محیط و تکلیف بعنوان یک روش تمرینی در بررسی اجراهای ورزشی، به صورت گسترده ای مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. قیود تکلیف و محیط در فعالیت های شناختی، ادراکی، تصمیم گیری و رفتار های تاکتیکی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. از این رو تحقیق حاضر در نظر دارد به بررسی تآثیر دستکاری قیود تکلیف بر شاخص های کنیتیکی و تعالی مرتبط با خطر افتادن در سالمندان بپردازد. بدین منظور 45 سالمند با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج تحقیق به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه دستکاری قیود تکلیف ، بدون دستکاری قیود تکلیف و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. سپس گروه های تجربی تمرینات دستکاری قیود تکلیف و تمرینات بدون دستکاری قیود تکلیف را به مدت هشت هفته انجام دادند. گروه کنترل نیز، طی مدت اجرای تحقیق به فعالیت عادی خود ادامه دادند. برای ارزیابی شاخص کنیتیکی از دستگاه تعادل سنج استاتیک و برای ارزیابی تعادل پویا از آزمون برگ استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس با حذف اثر پیشآزمون نشان داد گروه با دستکاری قیود تکلیف در شاخص کینیتیکی و مقیاس برک با ( P=0/000) پایایی بالایی بهطور معنیداری نمرات بالاتری نسبت به گروه بدون دستکاری و کنترل بدست آوردند. نتایج این پژوهش بر استفاده از انواع دستکاری های قیود تکلیف به عنوان نوعی راهبرد تدریس برای افراد مسن حمایت کرد. همچنین موید تآثیر تمرینات با دستکاری قیود تکلیف است که باعث بهبود تعادل در سالمندان میشود و با بهبود این توانایی خطر زمین خوردن در این قشر از جامعه کاهش می یابد.
