شناسایی راهکارهای گذر از اقتصاد زیرزمینی در فوتبال حرفهای ایران

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف ارائه راهکارهایی برای پیشگیری از اقتصاد زیرزمینی در فوتبال حرفهای ایران، با روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون و با ماهیت اکتشافی توسعهای انجام شد . در این تحقیق بهمنظور نمونهگیری برای انجام مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و فن نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی استفاده شد . نمونهگیری تا زمانی تداوم یافت که پژوهش به اشباع نظری و کفایت رسید (نمونهگیری نظری). ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بود. بهمنظور بررسی موثق بودن اطلاعات تولیدشده در این تحقیق از فنهای وثوقپذیری نظیر کنترل و بازبینی خبرگان برای اعتبارسنجی مقولهها و دستهبندی آنها استفاده شد. هشت مضمون اصلی شامل توسعه فرهنگ، ایجاد ساختار و تدوین قوانین جهت مبارزه با فرار مالیاتی ، پذیرش و مدیریت شرطبندی در فوتبال، برنامهریزی و توسعه استفاده از فضای مجازی، خصوصیسازی و ایجاد اصلاحات مالی در ساختار باشگاههای حرفهای برای پیوستن به بازار بورس، توسعه نظارت و تدوین قوانین برای مبارزه با پولشویی، رعایت اصول تجاریسازی فوتبال بهعنوان صنعت، توسعه مدیریتی و همراستایی بینالمللی با روندهای نوین مدیریت فوتبال، کنترل جریان مالی و توسعه نظارت بر قراردادهای فوتبال، شناسایی شد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، بهمنظور رشد و شکوفایی فوتبال و دوری از اقتصاد زیرزمینی که باعث افت کیفیت فوتبال حرفهای ایران شده است، لازم است مدیران فوتبال با بهرهگیری از این راهکارها به سلامت و پیشرفت فوتبال کمک کنند.
