شناسایی عوامل تهدیدکننده هویت تیمی هواداران فوتبال (مطالعه موردی: باشگاه استقلال تهران)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل تهدیدکننده هویت تیمی هواداران فوتبال انجام پذیرفت. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی و بهصورت تحلیل مضمون بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل هواداران تیم فوتبال استقلال بودند که صفحه اینستاگرام این تیم را دنبال میکردند. روش نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند بوده و مصاحبه عمیق با 28 نمونه تا اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تکنیک کدگذاری و از نرمافزار انویوو استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عوامل و شرایط تهدیدکننده هویت تیمی هواداران تیم اسقلال در دو مضمون اصلی، عوامل سازمانی با هفت مضمون فرعی؛ تغییرات ناکارآمد، عملکرد ضعیف در بازار نقل و انتقالات، عملکرد ضعیف مدیریت در رابطه با کادر فنی، ضعف شایستهسالاری در مدیریت باشگاه، ضعف مدیریت در فعالیتهای اقتصادی، عملکرد ورزشی ضعیف تیم و اسپانسر نامناسب است) و عوامل انسانی با پنج مضمون فرعی؛ رفتار غیرحرفهای بازیکنان، رفتار غیرحرفهای کادر فنی و بیتوجهی به جایگاه هوادار، ارتباطات و تعامل ضعیف مدیریت و رفتار غیرحرفهای پیشکسوتان) دستهبندی میشوند. نتایج این پژوهش در دو بخش نظری و عملی کاربردهای حائز اهمیتی را فراهم کرده است. از یک طرف، اولین مطالعه صورت گرفته در زمینه تهدید هویت تیمی هواداران بوده و بخشی از شکاف عظیم این حوزه در تحقیقات داخلی و خارجی را برطرف کرده است. از طرف دیگر، دیدگاهی منسجمی در مورد عوامل تهدیدکننده هویت تیمی هواداران فوتبال ارائه و طیف وسیعی از اقدامات لازم را برای مدیریت هرچه بهتر این عوامل به ارمغان آورده است.
