چکیده
توسعه ورزشی باید در راستای طراحی بهتر و روشهای مؤثرتر ارتقا و افزایش علاقه، مشارکت و اجرا در ورزش باشد. کاراته بهعنوان یکی از امیدهای کسب مدال در المپیک پیش روست؛ لذا هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی توسعه عوامل محیطی ورزش قهرمانی کاراته ایران بود. این مطالعه به روش ترکیبی و از نوع طرحهای تحقیقی آمیخته اکتشافی بود. مرحله اول (کیفی) به روش داده بنیاد بود؛ که در این راستا، افراد مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش و خبرگان ورزش کاراته کشور بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و از طریق مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته به جمعآوری اطلاعات پرداخته شد. در نهایت، دادههای حاصل از 20 مصاحبه به روش داده بنیاد و از طریق سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. مرحله دوم (فاز کمی) به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود؛ که با استفاده از پرسشنامه 21 گویه برگرفته از بخش کیفی انجام گردید. آزمودنی ها در این فاز بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس و شامل ورزشکاران، مربیان و دستاندرکاران لیگ برتر کاراته ایران که با توجه به حجم جامعه مورد نظر تعداد 278 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. دادههای بهدستآمده با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشاندهنده نقش ویژه عوامل فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، بینالملل و محیط زیست بهمنظور فراهم آوردن محیط مناسب برای توسعه ورزش قهرمانی کاراته ایران بود. نتایج تحقیق عوامل محیطی و اولویت های آن را برای برنامه ریزی مدیران در دستیابی به سطح مطلوب توسعه کاراته ایران خاطر نشان ساخت.
