شناسایی و بررسی سوقدهندههای فعالیتبدنی زنانایرانی

چکیده
شناسایی و اثرگذاری هوشمندانه بر سوقدهندههای فعالیتبدنی زنان از الزامات مدیران ورزشی و فرهنگی کشور است. از همین رو هدف تحقیقحاضر شناسایی، دستهبندی و بررسی روند تغییرات مهمترین سوقدهندههای زنانایرانی برای فعالیتبدنی در مراحل مختلف زندگی آنان بود. روشتحقیق، نظریهدادهبنیاد رویکرد نظاممند بود. نمونهگیری از نوع نمونهگیرینظری بود. تحلیلدادهها به روش «پرسش» و «مقایسه» مستمر انجام شد. بهمنظور رسیدن به اشباعنظری ضمن بررسی متون تخصصی، با 136 خانم 7-78 ساله ایرانی که به طور مرتب به فعالیتبدنی میپرداختند بعلاوه 17 مادر و 6 پدر، مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد. یافتهها نشانداد چهار دسته کلی سوقدهنده فعالیتبدنی برای زنانایرانی در مراحل مختلف زندگی وجود دارند که عبارتند از: (1) مروجان، (2) انگیزههایشخصی، (3) ویژگیهایفردی و (4) چالشهایسلامتی. البته هر کدام از این مقولات دارای زیرمقولات و مفاهیم مهم فراوانی هستند. مهمتر اینکه یافتهها نشان داد اگرچه سوقدهندههای فعالیتبدنی زنانایرانی در مراحل مختلف زندگی آنان بهطور اسمی شبیه هم هستند اما از لحاظ اولویت و شدت اثرگذاری بسیار متفاوت هستند. باتوجهبه یافتههایتحقیق وضعیت تاثیرگذاری مروجان فعالیتبدنی زنان در مراحل نوجوانی، جوانی و میانسالی با وضعیت مطلوب فاصله زیادی دارد و مدیران فرهنگی و ورزشی کشور باید به دنبال افزایش تاثیرگذاری انواع مروجان بر فعالیتبدنی زنانایرانی در این مراحل باشند. همچنین تحریک انگیزههایشخصی شناساییشده در مراحل مختلف زندگی در آن دسته از زنان جامعه که فعالیتبدنی جدی و مستمر ندارند یکی دیگر از اقدامات ضروری برای توسعه فعالیتبدنی زنانایرانی در مراحل مختلف زندگی آنان است.
