شناسایی الزامات اثربخشی آموزش مجازی در رشتة علوم ورزشی

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی الزامات اثربخشی آموزش مجازی در رشتة علوم ورزشی بوده است. این تحقیق یک مطالعة کیفیِ اکتشافی بوده است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک انجام گرفت. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل اعضای هیأت علمی با تجربة آموزش دروس تئوری و عملی در رشتة تربیتبدنی و علوم ورزشی بوده و با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش تعداد 15 نفر به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونة آماری تا رسیدن به مرحله اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده در فرایند تحقیق، مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود. از روش توافق درون موضوعی جهت اطمینان از پایاییِ یافتههای مصاحبهها استفاده شد، و روایی یافتهها نیز با نظرخواهی از متخصصان و بازنگری بر اساس نظر آنها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تحلیل تماتیک دادهها با روش برون و کلارک (2006) منجر به استخراج 107 کد، نه مقوله و چهار مضمون اصلی شد. یافتهها نشان داد که "ارتقا و بهروز رسانی"، "انعطافپذیری"، "کیفیّت محتوا"، و "تعامل و ارتباط" به عنوان مضامین اصلی پژوهش (چهار مضمون اصلی) از الزامات اثربخشی آموزش مجازی در رشتة علوم ورزشی میباشند. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند به عنوان مبنایی برای ارتقای اثربخشی و کارآمدی آموزش مجازی مورد توجّه اساتید، دانشجویان و متولّیان امور آموزش مجازی در رشتة تربیتبدنی و علوم ورزشی قرار گیرد.
