آیا نوع کفش بر الکترومیوگرافی عضلات اندام تحتانی حین پایین رفتن از پله اثرگذار است؟

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر نوع کفش بر الکترومیوگرافی عضلات اندام تحتانی حین پایین رفتن از پله بود. 15 دانشجوی پسر با دامنه سنی 20 تا 30 سال در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. اوج فعالیت عضلات و همانقباضی عضلات منتخب اندازهگیری شد. از آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیریهای تکراری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که در هر دو فاز پیشفعالیت و اکسنتریک عضلات درشتنی قدامی، دوقلوی داخلی و خارجی و عضله نعلی افزایش معناداری در اوج فعالیت عضلانی در وضعیت پابرهنه نسبت به کفش معمولی نشان دادند. در فاز پیش فعالیت، درهمانقباضی عضلات نازک نی کوتاه/دوقلوی داخلی بین کفش معمولی و کفش مینیمالیست تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. در فاز اکسنتریک در همانقباضی عضلات درشت نی قدامی/نازک نی طویل بین کفش معمولی و وضعیت پابرهنه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. به نظر میرسد نوع کفش بر اوج فعالیت عضلات و همانقباضی عضلات آگونیست و آنتاگونیست مفصل مچ پا اثرگذار است.
