چکیده
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر تمرین چشم آرام بر دقت و مدت چشم آرام بازیکنان ماهر در شوت سه امتیازی بسکتبال، با بررسی شرایط تحت فشار بود. شرکت‌کننده‌های تحقیق شامل 18 بازیکن ماهر بسکتبال با دامنه سنی 20-30 سال که به طور داوطلبانه در تحقیق شرکت کرده بودند و به طور تصادفی در گروه‌های تمرین و کنترل قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه تمرین و کنترل در یک جلسه الگودهی ویدئویی و 3 جلسه تمرین شوت(25*5) شرکت می‌کردند و این در حالی بود که گروه تمرین چشم آرام دستورالعمل هایی در مورد کنترل رفتار خیرگی می کردند. دقت عملکرد، مدت چشم آرام و ویژگی‌های کینماتیکی در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، آزمون یادداری و آزمون انتقال از طریق دستگاه های ردیاب چشمی SMI( ETG) و آنالیز حرکت از طریق شش دوربین مادون قرمز و نرم افزارهای I view ETG 2.7 ،Be gaze 3.7 و Cortex 2.5 ثبت و تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که گروه تمرین چشم آرام مدت چشم آرام طولانی‌تر و دقت عملکرد بالاتری را نسبت به گروه کنترل در پس آزمون و آزمون انتقال داشتند و در شرایط تحت فشار نیز قادر به حفظ دقت عملکرد و مدت طولانی چشم آرام بودند. به طور کلی به نظر می‌رسد که مهارت شوت سه امتیازی بسکتبال با نیازهایی متفاوت مثل دوری فاصله و سرعت زیاد شوت نیز می‌تواند از تمرین چشم آرام به عنوان یک روش کنترل توجه بینایی سود جوید و منجر به عملکرد بهتر بازیکنان با سطوح بالای مهارتی شود.
