چکیده
شیوع جهانی بیماری کروناویروس 2019 زندگی روزمره را متأثر کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف نگاهی به پیشینة مطالعات انجام‌شده در زمینة علائم بالینی و پیامدهای عفونت کوید-19 در زنان باردار و فرزندانشان و همچنین نقش فعالیت بدنی بر سلامت مادران انجام‌ شد.  در این پژوهش همة مقالات منتشرشده در پایگاه داده‌های مختلف با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی جست‌وجو و بررسی شد. شایع‌ترین عوارض مادر و نوزاد شامل دیسترس جنینی و تنفسی، زایمان زودرس و عفونت خفیف در نوزادان بود. در دستورالعمل‌ها فعالیت بدنی به‌منظور بهبود شرایط جسمانی و روانی توصیه شده است. پژوهش‌ها نشان داده‌اند که فعالیت‌های بدنی منظم و با شدت متوسط می‌تواند پاسخ‌های ایمنی قوی را در زنان باردار به‌همراه داشته باشند. به‌دلیل کمبود اطلاعات، لازم است زنان باردار و نوزادانشان به مدت طولانی کنترل شوند و نقش فعالیت بدنی در ارتقای وضعیت بدنی و روانی بررسی شود.
