چکیده
درحال‌حاضر، دنیا با بحرانی بسیاری جدی‌تر از بحران‌های گذشته روبه‌رو شده است. بحران کوید-19 به بسیاری از مشاغل و صنایع آسیب‌های جدی وارد کرده است. کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی نیز ازجمله مشاغلی هستند که به‌شدت تحت‌تأثیر بحران کنونی قرار گرفته‌اند؛ ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های پیش روی کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی انجام شده است. از حیث روش‌شناسی، این پژوهش در زمرة مطالعات کیفی است و هدف آن کاربردی است. جامعة این پژوهش صاحبان کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی بودند. داده­های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون ارزیابی شدند. نتایج مربوط به چالش‌ها به دو حوزة ساختاری و کسب‌وکاری طبقه‌بندی شدند که سطح ساختاری دارای دو شاخة فرعی کلان و خرد بود. بخش چالش‌های کسب‌وکار نیز شامل دو شاخة فرعی زیرساختی و منابع انسانی بود. شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش نیز راهکارهایی متناسب با این چالش‌ها ارائه کردند. همچنین، راهکارهایی به‌منظور ترمیم اقتصادی در دوران پساکرونا شامل راهکارهای سیاسی، ساختاری و اقتصادی شناسایی شد. در انتها به متولیان ورزش پیشنهاد می‌شود با مدنظر قراردادن چالش‌های شناسایی‌شده هرچه‌سریع‌تر به برنامه‌ریزی برای صاحبان کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی بپردازند تا از تعطیلی و ورشکستگی بخش عمده‌ای از فعالان در حوزة ورزش پیشگیری کنند و همچنین با حمایت دولت از کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی به هدایت سرمایه‌گذاران جدید، اجازة رشد قیمت خدمات ورزشی و اصلاح قوانین خصوصی‌سازی در شرایط ویژه کنونی پرداخته شود.
