ارائة مدل ساختاری- تفسیری عوامل سوقدهندة عملکرد زیستمحیطی وزارت ورزش و جوانان

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائة مدل ساختاری-تفسیری عوامل سوقدهندة عملکرد زیستمحیطی وزارت ورزش و جوانان طراحی و اجرا شد. این پژوهش با روش آمیخته (کمّی و کیفی) انجام شد. نمونة آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل 14 نفر از خبرگان بودند و در بخش کمّی نمونة آماری شامل 58 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامة پژوهشگر ساخته با 41 سؤال بود. روایی محتوایی این پرسشنامه با بررسی نظرهای خبرگان، روایی سازه با بررسی تحلیل عاملی و پایایی با استفاده از محاسبة آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تأیید شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر از روشهای آماری مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل بخش کیفی پژوهش از نرمافزار مکس کیو.دی.ای. استفاده شد. تمامی روند تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در نرمافزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس. نسخة 20 و پی.ال.اس. نسخة سه انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که هفت عامل زیرساختهای فنی، بسترهای مدیریتی، منابع انسانی، جهتگیری محیطی، حمایتهای قانونی، نیروهای انگیزشی و فرهنگسازی ازجمله عوامل سوقدهندة عملکرد زیستمحیطی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان هستند که از این بین سه عامل بسترهای مدیریتی، حمایتهای قانونی و جهتگیری محیطی نقش کلیدی و زیرساختی در روند ارتقای سایر عوامل دارند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تمامی روابط مدل پژوهش بهدلیل برخورداری از میزان تی بیشتر از 96/1، دارای تأثیر معنادارند.
