چکیده
این پژوهش با هدفطراحی الگوی مدیریت اخلاقی معاونت تربیت‌‌بدنی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورشانجام شد. این مطالعه به روش کیفی انجام شد و از نوع داده‌بنیاد بود. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه وبررسی پیش‌نگاشته‌هاگـردآوری شدند. جامعة آماری پژوهشمدیران و معاونان حوزة تربیت‌‌بدنی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش بودند. بر پایة روش داده­بنیاد، نمونه­گیری به­صورت نظری انجام شد و پس از 20 اجرای مصاحبه اشباع نظری حاصل شد. تحلیل داده­ها طی سه مرحلة کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. در کدگذاری باز 58 مقولة فرعی مشخص شدند و در مراحل کدگذاری محوری و انتخابی به 18 مقولة اصلی و درنهایت شش مقولة‌ مرکزی شامل شرایط علّی، شرایط مداخله‌گر، شرایط زمینه‌ای، راهبردها و پیامدها تقلیل یافتند و دسته‌بندی شدند. در بخش شرایط علّی، شاخص‌های ویژگی­های درون‌فردی، توانمندی حرفه ای، ویژگی­های اخلاقی درون‌سازمانی، در بخش شرایط زمینه‌ای، شاخص‌های نظام قانونی وحقوقی و آینده نگری، در بخش راهبردها، شاخص‌های عدالت سازمانی، سیستم نظارت وارزشیابی، نیروهای پیش‌برنده و مدیریت تغییر، در بخش شرایط مداخله‌گر، شاخص‌های رفتارهای ضداخلاق فردی و سازمانی و موانع شغلی و رفتاری و در بخش پیامدها، شاخص‌های عوامل دولتی و غیردولتی به عنوان نتایج استخراج شدند؛ درنتیجه، مدیران سازمانی باید در تدوین منشور اخلاقی همة ذی­نفعان مرتبط با سازمان در این مقولة مهم را درگیر کنند.
