تأثیر تمرینهای تصمیمگیری بر حافظه کاری، توجه انتخابی و دقت عملکرد

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و مقایسه تأثیر تمرینهای تصمیمگیری بر حافظه کاری، توجه انتخابی و دقت عملکرد است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون است، جامعه آماری پژوهش دختران دانشگاه تبریز در دامنه سنی 19 تا 25 سال است، که از میان آنها 45 نفر از بازیکنان والیبال مبتدی آموزشدیده به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. این بازیکنان به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه تمرینات تصمیمگیری با پیچیدگی زیاد، تمرینات تصمیمگیری با پیچیدگی کم و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پروتکل تمرینی به مدت 18 جلسه انجام شد و گروهها تمرینات را بر اساس دستورالعمل تمرینی هر گروه در قالب 3 بلوک 20 تایی اجرا کردند. برای ارزیابی توجه انتخابی، حافظه کاری و دقت عملکرد بهترتیب از آزمونهای استروپ، ظرفیت حافظه کاری و آزمون استاندارد شده والیبال استفاده شد. پس از جمعآوری دادهها با استفاده از آزمون شاپیرو ویلک، نرمال بودن توزیع دادهها بررسی شد و در ادامه، از روش تحلیل واریانس عاملی بین و درونگروهی در سطح معناداری (05/0>P) با استفاده از نرمافزار اس پی اس نسخه 25 به آزمون فرضیهها پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از این بررسیها نشان دادند که گروه تمرین تصمیمگیری نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود چشمگیری در متغیرهای پژوهش داشته است. این افزایش در گروه تصمیمگیری با پیچیدگی زیاد به مراتب بیشتر از گروه تصمیمگیری با پیچیدگی کم گزارش شد و در گروه کنترل تغییری مشاهده نشد.
