چکیده
استعدادها نقشی اساسی در پیشرفت ورزش یک کشور ایفا می‌کنند و توجه به آن‌ها و کشف و توسعة این استعدادها یکی از عوامل اساسی موفقیت در ورزش است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش،تحلیل وضعیت عوامل مؤثر در توسعة استعدادهای موفق در لیگ دستة اول و دستة دوم فوتسال زنان ایران بود. روش پژوهش ازنوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش همة بازیکنان لیگ دستة یک و دستة دوی فوتسال زنان ایران (202 نفر) در فصل 97-1396 بودند که به‌صورت کل‌شمار انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامة توسعة استعداد موفق مودج (2011) بود که هفت بعد و 51 سؤال داشت. روایی این پرسش‌نامه به تأیید اساتید متخصص تربیت‌بدنی رسید و پایایی آن ازطریق آلفای کرونباخ به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (فریدمن) درقالب نرم‌افزارهای آموس نسخه 24 و اس.پی.اس.اس. 22 استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که دربین مؤلفه‌های پژوهش، بعد فرهنگی با بارعاملی 71/0، بیشترین و حمایت مالی با بار عاملی 28/0، کمترین تأثیر را بر توسعة استعدادهای موفق داشتند. به‌طورکلی، براساس نتایج، بازیکنان بااستعداد برای فرایند موفقیت خود در رشتة ورزشی بیشتر از همه نیازمند تأثیر و توسعة عوامل فرهنگی هستند و شاید این مسئله به‌عنوان یکی از چالش‌های ورزش زنان درحال‌حاضر باشد که مدیران ورزش در بخش زنان باید به این نتایج توجه کنند.
