چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل عاملی مؤلفههای فرهنگی لازم قبل از خصوصیسازی ورزش بود. روشپژوهش،آمیختةاکتشافیبود. جامعة آماری اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و متخصصان حوزة خصوصیسازی ورزش (380 نفر) و نمونههای پژوهش 198 نفر بودند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته و پرسشنامة پژوهشگرساخته بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تأیید 12 تن از اساتید رسید. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ. تایید شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش آمار توصیفی استنباطی (تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی) استفاده شد. همة تجزیهوتحلیلها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری پی.ال.اس. و اس.پی.اس.اس.انجام شدند. یافتههای پژوهش شش مؤلفه فرهنگی لازم قبل از خصوصیسازی ورزش را شناسایی کرد که بهترتیب اولویت عبارتاند از: آموزش و توانمندسازی، شبکة خصوصی تلویزیون، نگرش مدیران دولتی، رسانه، تفکر راهبردی و اعتمادپذیری. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مسئولان ورزش کشور باید قبل از واگذاری ورزش به بخش خصوصی به مؤلفههای فرهنگی لازم توجه داشته باشند تا فرایند خصوصیسازی بتواند با شرایط مطلوبی انجام شود. | ||
