چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل ارتباطی نیروی کار عاطفی در مربیان تیمهای ورزشی دانشگاههای تهران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی بود. تمامی مربیان تیمهای رشتههای مختلف ورزشی دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران به تعداد 289 نفر، جامعه و نمونة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. برای جمعآوری دادههای موردنیاز از پرسشنامههای اطلاعات فردی، کنش سطحی، کنش عمیق، تعدیل خودکار، عواطف مثبت و عواطف منفی، خستگی عاطفی، هوش هیجانی و رضایت شغلی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی پژوهش از برازش لازم برخوردار بود. عواطف مثبت، اثر معنادار و منفی بر کنش سطحی و اثر معنادار و مثبت بر کنش عمیق داشتند. عواطف منفی، اثر معنادار و مثبت بر کنش سطحی و اثر معنادار و منفی بر کنش عمیق نشان دادند. هوش هیجانی بر راهبردهای نیروی کار عاطفی (کنش سطحی، کنش عمیق و تعدیل خودکار) تأثیر داشت. همچنین، راهبردهای نیروی کار عاطفی بر خستگی عاطفی تأثیر داشت؛ بنابراین، در شرایط متفاوت عاطفی، مربیان میتوانند راهبرد مناسب نیروی کار عاطفی را بهکار گیرند و بهاینترتیب، خستگی عاطفی کمتری در آنها ایجاد خواهد شود و رضایت شغلی بیشتری را احساس خواهند کرد. | ||
