چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل رضایت شغلی ورزشکاران مرد ورزشهای گروهی ایران بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بود و جامعة آماری آن راورزشکاران مرد لیگ برتری ایران در چهار ورزش گروهی تشکیل دادند (776 نفر) که 360 نفر به پرسشنامة محققساخته پاسخ دادند . پس از مرور پیشینه و مصاحبة اکتشافی با 23 ورزشکار در 66 شاخص پنج ارزشی لیکرت تنظیم شد. روایی صوری ابزار با استفاده از نظرهای کارشناسان مدیریت ورزشی و دیگر خبرگان، تأیید شد و پایایی کلی پرسشنامه نیز 98/0 برآورد شد. افزونبراین، برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون فریدمن و معادلات ساختاری آموس22 در سطح 05/0 p≤ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که براساس میانگین رتبه، پیامدهای رضایت شغلی (48/3)، فرایندها (47/3) و پیشایندها (40/3)، بهترتیب بیشترین اولویت را داشتند. ضمنا، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که تمامی گویهها در سطح 05/0 معنادار بودند و براساس مدل معادلات ساختاری، در عامل فرایندهای رضایت شغلی، ابعاد سازمانی و تیمی بهترتیب با ضرایبتأثیر 89/0 و 87/0 و در عامل پیامدها، ابعاد تیمی و محیطی با ضرایبتأثیر 92/0 و 91/0 اثرگذار بودند. در سطح دوم مدل ساختاری، عامل فرایندی با ضریبتاثیر 55/0، تأثیر بیشتری بر رضایت شغلی ورزشکاران داشت. نتایج اثرات غیرمستقیم مدل نشان داد که عامل پیشایندی با ضریبتأثیر 91/0 بر رضایت شغلی ورزشکاران، پیشایندها با ضریبتأثیر 99/0 بر فرایندها و فرایندها با ضریبتأثیر 93/0 بر پیامدها اثرگذار بودند؛ بنابراین، فرایندهای باشگاهی در تأمین رضایت ورزشکاران بسیار مهم هستند. | ||
