چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش بررسی اثر محرومیت ازخواب بر یادگیری مهارتهای حرکتی ظریف و درشت دانشجویان پسر بود. در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرحپیش ازمون پس آزمون60 دانشجوی پسر غیر ورزشکار انتخاب و بطور تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفره توزیع شدند. بعد از پیشآزمون در روز اول ودوم آزمودنیها به یادگیری و تمرین مهارتهای ظریف و درشت پرداختند. درشب اول ودوم گروههای کنترل درخواب طبیعی وگروههای آزمایشی به ترتیب چهار و شش ساعت از خواب محروم شدند. صبح روز سوم پسآزمون به عمل آمد. نتایج نشان داد شش ساعت محرومیت از خواب موجب کاهش یادگیری مهارت ظریف شدو چهاروشش ساعت محرومیت از خواب بر یادگیری مهارت درشت اثر نداشت.بنابراین یادگیری مهارتهای حرکتی ظریف با ساعات بیشترمحرومیت ازخواب آسیب بیشتری میبیند و فراگیران این مهارتها باید از خواب منظمی برخوردار باشند. | ||
