چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی منابع سازمانی و مزیت رقابتی بر سودآوری باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به روش آمیخته انجام شد. در مطالعة کیفی و کمی، همة نخبگان آگاه در صنعتفوتبالجامعة آماری  بودند. در بخش کیفی، از اشباع اطلاعاتی استفاده شد که اطلاعات با 14 مصاحبه به‌اشباع رسید. در این بخش، نمونه‌ها به‌صورت هدفمند طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد که 100 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و کارشناسان فوتبال بودند. در بخش کمی،  ابزار مورداستفاده برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامة محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی آن به تأیید هشت تن از اساتید خبرة مدیریت ورزشی رسید. همچنین، برای بررسی پایایی متغیرها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد و مشخص شد که داده‌ها از پایایی مناسبی برخودار بودند. برای بررسی مصاحبه‌های متخصصان، از روش تحلیل محتوا و برای بررسی مدل پژوهش، از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.‌ال.‌اس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که براساس مدل پژوهش، منابع سازمانی و مزیت رقابتی، بر میزان سودآوری در باشگاه‌های فوتبال حرفه‌ای ایران تأثیر معناداری داشتند؛ بنابراین، می‌توان چنین استنباط کرد که منابع سازمانی و مزیت رقابتی به‌خوبی می‌توانند میزان سودآوری را در باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران بهبود بخشند؛ ازاین‌رو، پیشنهاد می‌شود که باشگاه‌های فوتبال ایران با بهبود وضعیت منابع سازمانی و توسعة مزیت رقابتی، برای دست‌یابی به سودآوری اقدام کنند.
