چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر کارکردهای خودگفتاری بر اضطراب، اعتمادبهنفس و عملکرد سرویس بلند بدمینتون بود. تعداد 30 دانشآموز دختر بهصورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و براساس امتیاز پیشآزمون به سه گروه خودگفتاری آموزشی، انگیزشی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در مرحلة اکتساب، شرکتکنندگان عبارات انگیزشی و آموزشی را قبل از اجرای مهارت با خود تکرار کردند. پرسشنامة بازبینیشدة اضطراب حالتی رقابتی- دو، در دو مرحلة پیشآزمون و پسآزمون تکمیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که اعتمادبهنفس و عملکرد گروه خودگفتاری انگیزشی در پسآزمون بهطور معناداری بهتر از گروه خودگفتاری آموزشی و کنترل است. اعتمادبهنفس دو گروه خودگفتاری پیشرفت معناداری دارد و گروه خودگفتاری انگیزشی پیشرفت معناداری را در عملکرد سرویس بلند نشان میدهد. درنهایت، عملکرد مهارت سرویس بلند بهطور معناداری توسط اعتمادبهنفس قابلپیشبینی است. براساس نتایج، خودگفتاری انگیزشی را میتوان برای بهبود عملکرد و اعتمادبهنفس بهکار برد و افزایش اعتمادبهنفس میتواند اثرهای تسهیلکنندة خودگفتاری را بر عملکرد تبیین کند. | ||
