چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر تمرینات یوگا بر کارکردهای حرکتی کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزونکنشی بود. شرکتکنندگان 26 کودک با اختلال (بین سنین شش تا 10 سال) بودند که بهصورت نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس، آنها بهطور تصادفی به گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی بهمدت 12 هفته در تمرینات یوگا شرکت کردند؛ درحالیکه گروه کنترل درطول این مدت به فعالیتهای روزانة خود پرداختند. هر دو گروه در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون شرکت کردند و بعد از چهار ماه، آزمون پیگیری را انجام دادند. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات یوگا تأثیر مثبتی بر کارکردهای حرکتی (زمان واکنش، زمان حرکت و زمان پاسخ) کودکان با اختلال دارد. همچنین، تمرینات یوگا میتوانند برای بهبود کارکردهای حرکتی در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزونکنشی استفاده شوند. | ||
