پیشبینی انگیزش شرکت در ورزش دانشآموزان براساس انگیزش دبیران تربیتبدنی با رویکرد نظریة خودمختاری | ||

چکیده | ||
نظریة خودمختاری بیان میکند که محیط اجتماعی فرد تعیینکنندة اصلی در میزان انگیزش خودمختار برای شرکت در فعالیت ورزشی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیشبینی انگیزة شرکت در ورزش نوجوانان با استفاده از انگیزش دبیران تربیتبدنی، براساس نظریة خودمختاری بود. تعداد 102 دبیر زن تربیتبدنی و 510 دانشآموز دختر دورة متوسطة اول از چهار منطقة آموزشوپرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 به روش تصادفی مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامة انگیزش مربیان (مکلین و همکاران، 2012) و پرسشنامة انگیزة شرکت در ورزش (گیل و همکاران، 1983) استفاده شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که همبستگی معنادار مثبتی بین انگیزش دبیران و انگیزة شرکت در فعالیتهای ورزشی دانشآموزان دختر وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که انگیزش دبیران پیشبینیکنندة مستقیم برای انگیزش شرکت در ورزش دانشآموزان است. مؤلفة تنظیم درونفکنیشده و بیانگیزشی بیشترین سهم نسبی را در پیشبینی انگیزة ورزشی دانشآموزان دارند. این یافتهها بر اهمیت توجه به ابعاد اثرگذار انگیزشی معلمان تربیتبدنی بر انگیزة شرکت در ورزش دانشآموزان تأکید میکنند. | ||
