چکیده | ||
هدف از انجام مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی نقش اضطراب رقابتی و اعتمادبهنفس در پیشبینی تحلیلرفتگی ووشوکاران نخبه بود. طرح پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. ووشوکاران تعداد 141 پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. در این پژوهش، از نسخۀ فارسی سیاهۀ اضطراب حالتی رقابتی-دو برای اندازهگیری اضطراب شناختی، اضطراب جسمانی و اعتمادبهنفس استفاده شد. همچنین، نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ تحلیلرفتگی ورزشکار برای ارزیابی تحلیلرفتگی استفاده گردید. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین اضطراب شناختی-جسمانی و اعتمادبهنفس با عوامل تحلیلرفتگی معنادار بود. بهعلاوه، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که عوامل اضطراب رقابتی و اعتمادبهنفس، 32 درصد از واریانس احساس کاهش پیشرفت، 48 درصد از واریانس فرسودگی جسمی-هیجانی و 51 درصد از واریانس احساس بیارزشی را پیشبینی میکنند. براساس نتایج، اعتمادبهنفس میتواند میزان تحلیلرفتگی را کاهش دهد؛ اما اضطراب رقابتی اثر معکوسی دارد؛ درنتیجه، برای کاهش تحلیلرفتگی ووشوکاران نخبه، آموزش راهبردهایی مبتنی بر افزایش اعتمادبهنفس و کاهش اضطراب رقابتی میتواند پیشنهاد شود. | ||
