چکیده | ||
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مقایسة مهارتهای روانی ورزشکاران مرد نخبة جوان و بزرگسال رشتههای کیکبوکسینگ و ووشو بود. نمونة آماری متشکل از 20 کیکبوکسر جوان، 20 کیکبوکسر بزرگسال، 20 ووشوکار جوان و 20 ووشوکار بزرگسال بود. نتایج نشان داد که مهارتهای روانتنی و واکنش به استرس بزرگسالان ووشو برتر از سه گروه دیگر است. همچنین، میانگین مهارتهای شناختی و تمرکز بزرگسالان کیکبوکسینگ برتر از سه گروه دیگر است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در مقایسة مهارتهای روانی ورزشکاران نخبة رزمی، ردة سنی با نوع رشتة ورزشی تعامل دارد و این تفاوتها بیشتر در مهارتهای شناختی و روانتنی بارز است. این یافتهها به مربیان و ورزشکاران کمک میکنند که عملکرد رقابتی خود را بهبود دهند و استفاده از مهارتهای موردنیاز برای هر رقابت در هنرهای رزمی متفاوت را تثبیت کنند. | ||
