چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر تمرینات ویژة انفرادی، گروهی و مشارکتی بر عملکرد اجتماعی و شناختی کودکان نه تا 12 سالة مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی انجام گرفت و بدینمنظور، 40 نفر از دانشآموزان پسر نه تا 12 ساله از مدارس ابتدایی مشهد انتخاب شدند. تشخیص اختلال هماهنگی رشدیبا استفاده از پرسشنامة دی.سی.دی.کیو و آزمون ام.اَی.بی.سی2 و مصاحبة بالینی و تأیید روانپزشک صورت گرفت. شرکتکنندگان به چهار گروه (کنترل، انفرادی، گروهی و مشارکتی که از دو زیرگروه تشکیل شده بود) تقسیم شدند. گروهها، تمرینات منتخب را بهمدت 24 جلسه و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه انجام دادند. آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از تمرینات بهوسیله آزمونهای ام.اَی.بی.سی2، وایلند و آدمک گودیناف ارزیابی شدند و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تمریناتویژة انفرادی، گروهی و مشارکتی بر اختلال هماهنگی رشدی و عملکرد شناختی کودکان تأثیر معناداری دارد (P<0.05)؛ اما بر عملکرد اجتماعی کودکان تأثیر معناداری ندارد (P<0.05). بنابراین، برنامههای تمرینی ویژة انفرادی، گروهی و مشارکتی به بهبود اختلال هماهنگی رشدی و عملکرد شناختی در کودکان دی.سی.دی کمک میکند. | ||
